Merry meet all,
It snowed heavily last night. Halifax was enveloped in a THICK blanket of snow. The snow was beautiful and captivating. Ice lurks underneath like sirens in a lake, intending to bring you to your doom. Be safe, dear readers.
I created a Facebook group that I linked to my Facebook page The Paranormal Quill. I hope to encourage people to join. I am also working on my arts grant proposal and I met with a program officer today. I hope I do get the grant. I love to write and this would surely be a nice incentive.
I am also planning on recreating my Published Writing page. I hope to accomplish that this weekend. I need several hours to work on that, not an afternoon. So hang in tight, I am going to bring that back.
A few days ago, it heavily snowed. I saved the snow in a pot. I left the pot outside. The moon was powerful and full that weekend, the weekend of Imbolc. I left the pot out then the next morning, I brought the pot in. The snow took all day to melt in the pot. The water was imbued with lunar energy. So of course, I want to save it which I strained into a large clear glass jar. I shall use it well.
I planted seeds in jiffy pots and some of them now are emerging. So far, dill and sunflower sprouts have popped up. I am trying to be careful to not water them too much. I love starting plants from seed. By the time they grow their true leaves, it will be March. We are inching closer to spring! I can’t wait to get to garden again. I have had enough of winter.
The next turn in the Wheel of the Year is Ostara! Ostara is the second spring Sabbat. The time is flying by.
Blessings, Spiderwitch
