The soda can- cause of poltergeist activity or a hoax?

Merry meet all,

I just completed an awesome project! I painted a stand with shelves jet black. It looks so cool. I had to keep my kitty out of the bedroom so I could paint it. But I somehow managed. I am so happy with how it turned out. Then, when the paint had completely dried, I added Halloween stickers. I bought two big stickers from the dollar store that were intended as window stickers. They depict bats, crows and witches cackling over a bubbling cauldron. I adhered them to the first and second shelves of the stand. I stuck spiders and skull stickers to the sides of the stand. I have included a photo of course so you can see how cool it turned out.

I love the stand. It blends in well with the furniture and looks sharp. I love how it turned out. I have had an awesome time- the wreath, the stand, my carved pumpkin which now bedecks my garden. Mm it’s food for the critters out there seeking nourishment from the cold.

Samhain is almost here! I can feel it in the air. I love this time of year. So here is a spooky story for you, my keen readers, about a soda can being moved on its own by a ghost? I leave it to you to decide!

“A curious piece of footage circulating online shows a soda can seemingly being moved by an unseen force that some suspect could be a ghost. The odd video was reportedly captured earlier this month by a security system inside a Charlestown, Rhode Island residence. According to the unnamed homeowners, the house has been a hotbed of strange activity since they moved in four years ago as the family has heard eerie scratching sounds, seen unsettling shadow people, and even found heavy wooden furniture that had been inexplicably moved. In the video from their kitchen, an odd orb can be seen floating through the air and then disappearing. Moments after that, an empty soda can near the sink rotates multiple times and then slides toward the edge of the counter. Adding an extra layer of creepiness to the footage, what some believe to be an EVP seems to occur during the scene and it appears to be saying “I will kill you.” The footage culminates with a puzzling thud sounds that seems to be directed towards the camera.

As is often the case with purported ghost footage, reaction to the video is largely split between those who contend that it is showing the antics of a sinister spirit and others who argue that the video is a hoax. For the sake of the homeowners, we hope that they did create a clever fake since the alternative is that they’re living with an entity who wishes them dead. With that in mind, what’s your take on the video? Share your thoughts with us at the C2C Facebook page.”
